1. Who we are

KixiPixi (https://kixipixi.com) is an independent game website. If you have a question about this policy or about your data, email us at hello@kixipixi.com.

2. What we collect

You do not need an account to use KixiPixi. We keep data collection small.

• Favorites and recent games. These lists are stored only in your browser (local storage). They are never sent to us. You can clear them at any time from your browser settings.
• Play time. The site counts how long you play each game, so it can welcome you back with your play time. This is stored only in your browser (local storage), like your favorites. It is never sent to us.
• Light or dark theme. If you pick a theme with the sun and moon button, your choice is stored only in your browser (local storage). It is never sent to us.
• Email. If you write to us, we keep your email and message so we can reply.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may keep short technical logs, such as IP address and browser type, to keep the site safe and fast.

3. Analytics

We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It does not use cookies and does not track you across other websites.

We also use Google Analytics. It shows us which pages people visit and which games they play. It uses cookies. If you are in the European Economic Area, the UK or Switzerland, it uses cookies only after you agree in our consent message.

4. Advertising

KixiPixi shows ads from Google AdSense and other ad partners. These partners may use cookies or similar tools to show ads that match your interests. Google uses the DoubleClick cookie for this.

5. Games and multiplayer

Games run inside this website. Some games are hosted by us. Others come from partner developers. A game may keep its own save data in your browser.

Multiplayer games connect players to each other directly (peer to peer). In these games your IP address can be visible to the other players in the same room. Only share invite links with people you trust.

6. Children

KixiPixi is made for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, email us and we will delete it.

7. US state privacy rights

Some US states, such as California, Virginia and Colorado, give their residents extra privacy rights. You can ask to see or delete your personal data. You can also opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal data for personalized ads.

• To opt out, use the "Do not sell or share my personal information" link on our pages. Visitors from these states see it.
• To see or delete your data, email us at hello@kixipixi.com. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.

8. Your choices

• Clear your browser data to remove favorites, recent games, play time and game saves.
• Use your browser or device settings to block cookies.
• Email us to ask what data we hold about you or to ask us to delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this page. The date at the top shows the last change.
